CounterPoint support is available Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (excluding major holidays).  You can simply call us at (734)453-9200, or email us at cpsupport@randalldata.com.

If you require after-hours support we provide several options that provide access to our support staff up to 10:00pm on weeknights and from 8:00am – 10:00pm on weekends and holidays.  To obtain after-hours support call our office at (734)453-9200 and leave a message in our After-Hours Mailbox.  Our average response time for after-hours calls is 5 minutes.
